Job Requirement
· Minimum Diploma in HR/Admin
· At least 3 years of relevant experience
· Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel and Word
· Must be mature, pleasant and independent
Job Responsibility
· Reports to the Senior Manager – Head of HR and Admin.
· To assist the full spectrum of HR activities:-
- Recruitment and selection of candidates
- Staff compensation and benefits
- Performance appraisal management
- Training and development of staff (including SDF/SRP)
- Staff termination and resignation
- HR Administration and headcount monitoring/reporting
· To maintain and update the local/overseas staff personal data/staff profiles.
· To maintain and keep up-to-date the Employee Handbook.
· To handle online application/renewal/cancellation of Work Permit/Employment Pass/ Dependant Pass/Permanent Residence.
· To submit NS claims online, monitor and check before forwarding to Finance Dept for updates.
· To issue temp access cards to visitors when required (to follow “Issue of Temporary Access Card” procedure).
· To attend to employees queries/clarifications on HR related issues when required.
· To assist the Employee Insurance for local/overseas offices when required.
· To provide HR and Admin support to the Senior Manager – Head of HR and Admin when required.
