Senior Manager ( Insurance ) - Town
Responsibilities
You will be reporting to the Executive Director of the Corporate Accounts Division. You will be responsible for the day to day servicing of major clients including global clients. Your job scope includes but is not limited to:
- Structuring of global insurance programme for major clients; preparing of marketing materials for broking the risks to underwriters; contract review for clients on matters relating to insurance and risks; analysis of exposure and risks involved; presenting proposals to clients and placement of risks
- Supervising and overseeing a team of 2 to 3 Account Executives in servicing of their accounts which include trouble shooting and the like
- Retention of existing clients and acquisition of new clients
Criteria
Degree Holder with ACII or ANZIIF qualification or equivalent
Possess at least 8 years’ experience with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
Wide exposure in all general classes of insurance such as Property and Casualty, Liability, Marine Cargo insurance
Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical mind, leadership abilities and strong business acumen
