Customer Service Team Leader/Manager


Location: Raffles Place
Salary: $3200 to $3500

Responsibilities:
- Over see the day-to-day operations to ensure the delivery of excellent customer care
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Executives
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing department to best satisfy customers’ needs and promote the services of the Company
- To be proficient in product knowledge to assist in continual process improvement

Requirements:
- Min Diploma holders
- 3 to 5 years working experience in call centre environment and at least 2 years experience in managing a team
- Candidates with International Call Centre experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (as need to communicate with Chinese customers)
- Pleasant personality and positive work attitude
- Singaporean and PR only
