| Job Description |
Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of HR functions
- Maintain and implement the local HR policies
- Ensuring compliance in statutory regulations
- Providing HR advice, guidance, assistance and support to individuals and line managers
- Work closely with corporate HR on international projects
- Manage part-time safety officer
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder with minimum 4 years of HR Generalist experience
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- Payroll experience a must
- Able to communicate with people from different level
