| Job Description |
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Managing information technology systems and network, improvising current IT infra-structure in order to acquire flawless workflow.
· In-house systems administration of 10 Microsoft® Windows 2000 Servers, arranging systems maintenance and performing all servers’ daily monitoring and troubleshooting.
· Controlling operating efficiency of systems, internet and LAN/WAN in order to meet user requirements.
· Central management of users’ data, monitoring network security issues, audit policies, rights/ permissions and systems policies by means of built-in tools of Windows 2000.
· IBM Lotus Domino 6.x administration in order to provide reliable email communication within the organization as well as across all regional offices.
· Monitoring messaging infrastructure and analyzing statistics and events by using IBM Tivoli Analyzer and taking corrective actions.
· All matters concerning data backup and availability, keeping records of daily, weekly and monthly backup by using Veritas Backup Exec Software.
· Any other duties as assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
· Degree in Computer Studies
· Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in administering Microsoft based network including but not limited to:-
Lotus Notes/Domino 6.5.5, Manage Windows 2000/2003 Servers, Microsoft ISA Proxy Server, MS SQL Server and Microsoft IIS Web/FTP Server, Veritas Backup Exec 10d, Backup H/W: Overland Powerloader SDLT 320, Fortigate Firewall, Windows 2003 and IBM Domino Clustering, HP SAN Storage, Push Mail: Nokia Intellisync Mobile Suit Server, Cisco 2260 Series Routers
