Service Advisor
The company seeks to employ a service advisor who ideally, although not necessarily, has a background as a trade qualified mechanic or alternatively previous experience in a service reception type role.
You will be the first point of contact in the service department and be discussing technical issues that relate to the forthcoming maintenance or service of vehicles being booked in. Well organised work style, coupled with knowledge of the motor industry, great communication skills and good basic computer skills are all skills sought.
