| Job Description |
Manage stock keeping of full range of items within the scope
Analyze data and records within the sales area to decide the items abd quantity for stock keeping
Place purchase orders to vendors
Close communications with vendors to follow up on status of purchase orders
Close communications with colleagues from customer service order desk on stocks allocations and availabilities
Close communications with Sales team to monitor stock keeping level
Communications with Product Managers and Demand and Supply Managers when necessary
Deputizing / help out colleagues when necessary
Run data to capture slow and non movers and manage the list
Manage products / lots that will soon expire
Follow up on any issues that may arise from incoming cargo from vendors and cargo returned from customers
Closely follow up on consignment warehouses' stock level and slow and non movers that may arise
Manage stock keeping to achieve 'customer service level 1 and 2' that is set in Global Target
Achieve stock intensity set in Global Target
Communicate with colleagues from other sales area for 'help-out' when necessary
Manage product master data in AS400 and data error
Other stock - related matters
