Job Responsibilities:
• To hit and exceed sales target given
• Provide prompt and timely service to clients
• To locate, match and select the right candidates for suitable position
• Developing relationships with clients
• Conducting face-to-face interviews with candidates
• To perform follow-ups
Job Requirements:
• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree with sales or recruitment experience
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Aggressive and able to achieve sales targets
• Strong initiative and networking skills.
