Customer Service Executive (Call Centre)
Salary: Basic $2000 to $2400 + Shift Allowances
Work Days: Rotation Shift
Location: Bugis
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers' enquiries, calls and assistance
- Coordinate activities and services through global network of internal and external resource providers
- Perform administrative duties
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism Management or Sales and Marketing or its equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience, preferably in a call centre environment
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook, Net Portal essential
- Confident in handling clients’ calls, possess excellent customer service acumen and be customer-focused and resourceful
- Able to work well in a team and under pressure in a dynamic and demanding environment
- Must be willing to work on shifts on weekends and public holidays
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (as most customers are Mandarin speaking)
- Singaporean and PR only
