| Job Description |
Customer Service Executive Job Duties:
- To assist in the day to day operations of the call centre department.
- To ensure that incoming calls are managed, handled professionally and issues are resolved or allocated to the Technical Engineers for resolution and calls status are updated internally and to customers.
- To visit customers to resolve issues or conduct user training and/ or for product demonstrations purposes.
- To help out in any other matters, as and when required.
Educational Qualifications: GCE ‘O’/’A’ level, ITE, Diploma.
Experience Required: minimum one year in a call centre environment or customer service capacity.
