| Job Description |
Sales Operation Manager,APAC
Job Scope:
• Preparing of letter of credit for import/ export, including issuance letter of credit to supplier, preparation of shipping guarantee upon shipment arrival
• Preparing documentation to transfer bills to trust recipient
• Preparation of all documentation for negotiation of letter of credit received from customer after shipment by air/sea
• Arranging and appointment freight forwarder and transportation for incoming and outgoing shipment, applying of relevant certificate
• Preparing monthly reports on outstanding delivery, inventory, loan, incoming shipment, letter of credit etc
• Following up on RMA in APAC region
• Coordinate with departments/ HQ regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders
• Responsible for resolving post order entry sales issues
• Work with other field administrators to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree with min 5 years relevant experience in logistic field
• Meticulous, self-starter and dedicated
• Ability to work with employees across functions and regions
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Able to travel within short notice
