Job Description
Admin Assistant - Commonwealth
Scope of Responsibility
• Responsible for stock movements
• Accountable for inventory transaction that takes place
• Responsible for the packing list issued for export shipment
• Responsible for all documents filed accordingly
• Responsible in data for monthly deliveries reports
• To support warehouse needs via simple picking and packing for urgent matters.
• Assist to perform checking and receiving of items from vendors/supplier
• Assist in monthly stock take
• Perform ad-hoc task as and when assigned by superior
Core Competencies
• Min N level with 1 or 2 years office admin experience
• Computer literacy
• Ability to multi task and priority task
• Ability to work under pressure and well organized
• Adapt to changes and continue to improve in work
• Excellent Communication skills (English and Mandarin)
