| Job Description |
Accounts Executive (Billing)
Our client is a well established US MNC.
Salary: up to $2800
Location: Lavender
Work Days: 5 Days
Responsibilities:
• Generate, print and verify invoices against price monthly adjustments
• Ensure invoices generated for new customers
• Print and send Statement of Accounts and reminder letters
• Process manual invoices and credit notes
• Prepare special invoice formats required by customers
• Ensure proper documentation of work done sales job orders before invoicing
• Ensure timely monthly closing for billing module
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues pertaining to invoicing
• Retrieval of supporting documents e.g. service reports and invoices when required
Requirements:
Requirements:
• Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AR Accounting
• Knowledge of JDE will be an added advantage
• A team player
• Independent and meticulous
• Singaporean and PR only
