| Job Description |
Sales Order Process Administrator
· Analyse and allocate leads appropriately from the download process
· Manage logged deal registrations from the partner portal
· Manage the PO formats for Order Processing
· Work closely and liaise with the sales team on a daily basis, communicating any issues with leads within the reseller channels
· Handle enquires from customers and end-users in a friendly efficient manner
· Maintain a comprehensive database of end–user, reseller and distribution contacts
· Provide general admin support to the sales team
· Provide telemarketing administration support as required
· Administer new partner enrolment forms for the International market
· Create new channel partner accounts for non-enrolled partners for orders received and deal registrations
· Maintain an updated channel partner database - de-duping and migrating accounts where applicable
· Issue passwords to additional channel partner users
Education and Experience
· Minimum of 3 years customer service, administrative or related experience, preferably for a high technology company.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Attention to detail
· Experience with Customer Relationship Management software strongly preferred.
· Thorough knowledge with email, MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required.
· Aptitude for numbers and data analysis essential
