Finance Manager
Job Description
You will play an important role in focusing on all aspects of finance, accounting and controlling for the company's operations. You will be reporting to the global Group accounting team and lead the Singapore finance team. This will include all aspects of management, financial and statutory reporting, as well as providing strategic and financial advice for the Singapore business. You will spearhead all initiatives pertaining to financial controls and corporate governance for the business. You will play an active role in business development activities and other ad hoc projects, as well as being involved in regional projects as they arise.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are a degree qualified CPA/CA with at least 5 to 7 years' of post graduation experience, ideally gained from a professional accounting firm or a multinational. You will be flexible, 'hands-on' and task-oriented, and be comfortable working in a high-pressured environment. In addition, you have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, together with the confidence and gravities to liaise with and influence senior management. Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) is an advantage.
