Business Development Manager (Freight Forwarding)
Our client is one of the world's leading international air and ocean freight forwarders. Due to expansion, their Head Office in Jurong is currently seeking suitably qualified candidates for the position of Business Development Manager.
Salary: Basic $3500 to $3800 + Car Allowance $700 + Petrol and HP Claims + Other reimbursements
Work Days: 5.5 alternate Sat Off
Location: Jurong
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business plan to increase market share
Responsible for driving sales and the development of new business opportunities
Manage and implement sales and marketing objectives and goals
Maintain good rapport with the customer
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent professional qualifications
3 to 5 years relevant working experience in freight forwarding industry
Proven track record in business development and marketing of ocean and air freight forwarding services
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (as need to liaise with Taiwan and China customers)
Singaporeans and PR only
