| Job Description |
Project Engineer / Site Manager
Our client is a leading global Electronic Security and Fire Protection Systems Integrator located in the EASTERN part of Singapore. Due to rapid expansion, they are currently seeking suitably qualified candidates for the position of Project Enginee / Site Manager.
Salary: Basic $2500 to $4500 + Transport Allowance + Other fringe benefits
Job Scope
Responsible for overseeing construction projects
Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule
Liaise with Architects and Consultant with the ultimate aim of providing accurate feedback on the progress of works, technical compliance to specification and variation claims
Proper and timely issuance of the documentation of project including variation orders, extension of times, test procedures, minutes of meetings, purchase orders, operations and maintenance manual including final closing out of projects files in accordance to the ISO procedure
Coordinate necessary manpower and state of system to ensure successful inspections with relevant authorities and site representatives
Ensure project is handed over on time with required certifications
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering Discipline
Min 3 years experience in overseeing site construction
Candidate with more than 5 years of experience will be considered for Site Manager Post
Project management and knowledge of design, construction, cost control and management in Fire Protection Systems for the Construction Industry
Independent with good problem solving and communication skills
Singaporean and Singapore PR only
