| Job Description |
Quality Assurance Manager
Our client is a listed company with multiple offices spanning the world from United States of America to Asia. This position will be based overseas.
Requirements (must have):
1.Possess at least 3 years working experience as Quality Assurance Manager wth strong track Quality Assurance record
2.Proactive, self motivated, good team player
3.Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
4.Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
1.To understand and set up Company Quality Programmes and be responsible for the overall quality standard for the factory
2.To lead and train the Technical Team, Production QC Team and the Quality Audit Team to prevent wastage and to maintain high quality standards
3.To follow closely on production schedules, to arrange quality audit work to meet sales order shipment dates
4.To work with Buyers’ QC and internal production management team and to take preventive measures on quality standards and to ensure good quality products prior to shipment
5.To work closely with Factory Manager on setting operation targets and the implementation of Quality procedures.
