| Job Description |
Production Manager
This position is only open to Singaporean / PR / Malaysian
Our client is a listed company with multiple offices spanning the world from United States of America to Asia. This position will be based overseas.
Requirements (must have):
1. Possess at least 3 years relevant experience as Production Manager preferably from the Garment Manufacturing industry
2. Pro-active and team-oriented with ability to motivate team members
3. Self motivated, result oriented and possess good leadership skills
4. Must be able to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
1. To administer and plan production procedures for Cutting, Sewing, Packing Department and Sub Contractor
2. To monitor production progress and raise productivity, to devise preventive measures to meet shipment schedules
3. To minimize manufacturing cost through optimization of capital, maintenance and manpower resources
4. To work closely with Factory Manager on setting production targets to meet customers’ quality requirements
