| Job Description |
Purchaser / Buyer - Tuas
Responsibilities:
To ensure all Purchase Orders are prepared timely and delivered on time. To update price, Dispatch date upon receiving the order acknowledgement from suppliers.
• To ensure that all Purchase Orders comply with the Company's Purchasing procedures.
• To expedite on shortages and ensure timely availability of materials.
• To update daily schedule for shop floor.
• To follow-up if sub contractor for shortages and quality issues.
• To follow-up on materials rejection issues.
• To file and compile all the Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
• To maintain proper documentation.
• Any other duties as instructed by the Purchasing Executive and Purchasing Manager may form time to time reasonably require.
Requirements:
Min GCE O levels/Diploma in Engineering discipline
Min 2 years of relevant experience
Singaporean/PR only
