HR Executive (Compensation and Benefits)
Our client is a US MNC located in Kallang area. They are currently seeking suitably qualified candidates for the position of HR Executive (Compensation and Benefits).
Salary: $3500 to $3700
Work Days: 5 days
Work Terms: Permanent position
Responsibilities:
- Manage local Compensation and Benefit policies
- Perform data collection and prepare HR reports for local and regional offices
- Provide support in C and B surveys and market trend analysis, reviewing and implementing new C and B initiatives for the local office
- Liaise with business units for manpower requests
- Assist in payroll processing
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Finance/Accounting
- Minimum 3 years related experience in Compensation and Benefits and Reporting
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
- Meticulous, analytical and organized and able work under stress and long hours to meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Singaporean and PRs only
