Mortgage Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
1.To lead, motivate, and provide coaching to sales team.
2.Network and co-ordinate sales activities with external and internal business partners to develop business opportunities
3.Monitor sales activities to ensure individual and team target is achieved
4.Review and analyse weekly sales results to identify areas of improvement
Requirements:
1.Graduate with at least 3 years experience in managing residential mortgage team
2.Sound knowledge of banking products, especially residential mortgage
3.Excellent oral and written communication skills
4.Effective organisational and interpersonal skills
5.Aggressive and sales oriented
6.Must be highly motivated and able to lead a team of 10-20 sales staff
