| Job Description |
Business Analytics Manager
• Supporting the Value Center in conducting business portfolio analysis, providing MIS support, managing
statistical models, assist in setting up of portfolio strategies, design and conduct campaign management,
champion-challenger strategies across different phases of customer and product life cycle.
• Perform in-depth quantitative analysis for portfolio management and strategy development.
• Provide on-going MIS support including regular and new reports.
• Conduct research studies to identify new opportunities and areas to focus in.
• Develop customer modeling, customer segmentation and business forecasting models.
• Work with business units to develop product propensity model (e.g. acquisition, usage and retention) and
micro-segmentation.
Pre-requisites:
• Graduate in a numerate discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Economics, Finance).
• Marketing analytics or Credit experience for Consumer Lending Business.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Team management skills.
• SAS / SQL programming experience at the intermediate to advanced level.
• Experience with successful project management from inception to delivery.
• Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management, Credit Card and Loan business and credit risk management
will be preferred.
• Good communication skills, able to work as a team member as well as a team leader whenever required.
