| Job Description |
Dealer (Banking)
• Trading physical banknotes with client and monitoring of various Limits
Managing F/X, Banknotes Inventory and Funding Positions
• Calling and visiting clients regularly, making proposals to compete for bigger market share, monitoring our competitors’ offer and clients’
reaction to those offers, and preparing call reports in compliance with policies.
• Conducting training seminars.
• Provide on job training to new / junior dealers.
• Exploring other potential markets and expanding the existing client
base to grow the bottom-line.
• Submitting monthly / quarterly reviews of the markets.
• Reviewing the security measures and procedures adopted by clients and
their security agents, as well as the security measures at the airport.
• Working closely with ''Know Your Customer'' (KYC) Managers to obtain
updated information and / or documents from clients and to prepare
client's KYC profiles, as well as to answer queries from Compliance
Officers.
Pre-requisites:
• Possess at least a Diploma
• Min 5 yrs of FX/MM dealing experience
• Proficiency in native language of neighbouring countries (Indonesia,
Vietnam or others) and marketing experience are added advantages.
• Marketing professionals with keen interest in banknotes dealing are
welcome.
