| Job Description |
Project Administrator
Our client is a US MNC located in Kallang area. Due to expansion, their Project Department is currently seeking dynamic and qualified candidates for the position of Project Administrator.
Salary: $2200 to $2500
Work Days: 5 Days
Responsibilities:
• Provide project administrative support to the Operations Division and maintain the day-to-day operations processes
• Maintain and update records according to ISO procedures and EHS requirement
• Handle the Department’s purchase requests for respective projects
• Assist in project costing and works and follow up with documentation
• Handle enquiries and coordinate with Project Managers on customer’s requests
• Assist in training requests and registration for the Operations team
Requirements:
• Min O level qualification
• Min 2 years experience in providing administrative support within an operations department is preferred
• Meticulous and organized
• Good working experience in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word
