Claims Officer - Town Responsibilities
Assess and offer advice on claims matters, loss analysis and regular claims review with clients
Manage and maintain good client and insurer relationships
·Provide claims support to various departments
Requirements
·Diploma/Degree holder or ACII/AAII qualifications and equivalent preferred
.CGI/HI or relevant insurance qualification
·At least 4 years of relevant experience
·Possess good interpersonal and communications skills
·Able to multi-task, and is a team player
Able to work independently and interact with different levels of customers
·Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
