Group Information Security Awareness Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Support the ongoing implementation of the Security Awareness programme, argeted at staff at all levels in the Bank
2) To support the implementation of Policy. Work with the Awareness
Manager to provide support to all in-country Information Security Champions (currently 170+ in 35+ countries).
3)Develop structures and designs for Group Information Security Intranet pages and Sharepoint that can provide a vehicle for the dissemination of Policy and documentation.
4)Manage the published Intranet content and devise processes for ongoing management and change of the content in future.
5)Liase with the authorities within the Bank that control information publishing and content management on SCyBernet to enable GIS to achieve its objectives.
6)Support the production and implementation of various Information Security E-Learning Awareness and Education tools.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
1) Excellent communication and organisation skills.
2) Good web design skills (eg., HTML tools, Teamsite)
