Receptionist Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Answering all incoming telephone calls. diverting them as appropriate,
and/or taking and passing on accurate messages and direct calls
appropriately
- Sorts mails and documents and dispatches them to various departments
- Sign/acknowledge receipt of registered mails and courier
- Taking charge of meeting room reservations
- Assist on other admin. duties assigned
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and able to communicate well with all level of people
- Able to speak fluent English and Mandarin
