| Job Description |
Pre Sales Consultant
Responsibilities:
•Involved in presales activities for network security projects
•Involved in Proof-Of-Concept (POC) activities in order to assist sales in closing deals
•Involved in tender requirements and submission for network security projects
•Work closely with product manager to generate leads and opportunities
•Must have good technical skills and know-how to assist in technical solution selling
•Conduct training
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
•At least 5 years of IT network security presales experience preferred
•Candidates with relevant post-sales network security experience are welcomed to apply
•Experience in network security particularly firewall, unified threat management, IDS/IPS, VPN preferred
•Experience in SonicWALL products will be advantageous
•Security certifications such as Certified Check Point Security Engineer (CCSE), Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator (CSSA), etc will be advantageous
•Networking experience will be advantageous
•Positive attitude working under highly stressful environment and tight deadlines
•Highly motivated with desire for success
•Team player but required to be highly independent at times
•Good communications and writing skills in English. Other language skills are a plus.
•Travelling is required.
•Good interpersonal skills.
