| Job Description |
Administration Staff The Responsibilities would be as follows
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to Managing Director
• Manage all banking related responsibilities i.e. L/C collection, document negotiation, document correction and preparation
• Manage all accounting and book keeping requirement of the company
• Assisting in the daily operational activities
Requirements:
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Proficiency in accounting software e.g. Tally / MYOB and Microsoft office software is a must
• Proficiency in trade related functions and Banking would be an advantage
• Proactive, initiative and independent person with good interpersonal and writing skills
