| Job Description |
Senior Officer, Training and Devleopment As part of the Human Resources team, you will play a key role in the implementation of strategies to support the learning and development needs of the organization. These include executing the total training plan, managing and evaluating the training programmes, management reporting, managing the on-line learning and application systems. You will also assist in annual exercise to identify the total training needs, design and develop programmes to support those needs.
Job Requirements:
An honours degree or equivalent. Graduate Diploma in Training and Development will be an advantage. At least 2 years experience in the training administration function. You should be IT savvy and possess good analytical and conceptualisation skills with flair for writing. You should be able to work independently and yet a strong team player.
