Head (Team Manager) - FX / MM operations
He/She is required to manage and implement processes and procedures in meeting the required standards for customer service quality, controls, efficiency and productivity.
Should be able to deal with queries and unusual cases, determine how one-off transactions should be handled, and through working closely with team members, implement improvements
to procedures in order to achieve better controls, efficiency and above all quality is not relinquished
Degree holder with minimum 8 years of banking experience of which at least 5 years in Forex, Money Market
and Treasury Operations
Knowledge of legal risks, controls, regulations pertaining to Forex, Money Market and Treasury Operations. Familiar with swift payment system – construction of message
Meticulous with high level of initiative
Fluent spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai or Japanese is an advantage
