Recruitment Consultant
Min N level
Prior exp in Recruitment Agency, sales or customer services pref
Sales driven and result oriented
Enjoy meeting up of people and doing sales
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Fresh poly with exp in customer service or sales during vacation are welcomed to apply.
Job duties :
To assist clients to recruit temporary, contract and permanent placements
Pre-screening,interviewing, shortlisting, Job briefing of candidates according to clients' requirements
Telemarketing to build client's database and to bring in job orders
Planning of advertisment to attract potential candidates
Co-ordinate with clients on orders and follow up before and after sales service
Other general administrative duties
