Human Resource / Administration Assistant Job Responsibilities
Covers reception, receives guests and answers calls
Handles stationery requisition, office equipment maintenance and office administration
Prepares monthly manpower reports
Assists with recruitment and benefits administration
Requirements
‘O’ levels with at least 3 to 4 years relevant experience
Lively and pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Conversant with Words and Excel software
