Call Centre Agents


The Job is:



To handle incoming calls through the hotline

Order processing of all types of orders – telephone orders, fax orders, sales orders

Accurate and prompt data entry


The Person should have:


GCE ‘O’ levels including a credit in English

Minimum 2 years data entry experience

Experience in a call centre environment or customer service centre

Minimum call handling of 100 calls per day

Good telephone etiquette

Good attendance record
