| Job Description |
ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for accounts payable
Assist the executive to ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarterly and year-end closing and reporting
Assist in managing customer billing and accounts receivable
Assist in managing the company’s accounting for fixed asset and Capex/Par documentation
Manage executive expense claim and company’s imprest petty cash system
Ad-hoc reporting, witness scrap sales, back-up for IT
Qualification/Experience/Attributes:
Minimum three years of manufacturing working experience in general ledger, receivables and payables maintenance.
Minimum of LCCI in accounting
Conscientious, independent, motivated and good initiative.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work within tight deadlines
