Responsibilities
· Provide secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager's office.
· Develop, implement and direct Organisational Marketing Communications and Public Relations Strategies, Plan, Policies and Procedures
· Produce and maintain the minutes of the Monthly General Manager Meeting/Conference
· Co-ordinate the submission of the monthly report to Headquarters
· Assist the General Manager and Business Staff to produce and write business plans, presentation materials and reports
· Ensure proper upkeep of the documentation system, both with the clients as well as within the intra-companies
· Other duties as assigned from time to time by the General Manager
Requirements
· Degree/Diploma in BA or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in the administrative/secretarial functions
· Proficient in MS office and IT applications
· Good writing and communication skills
