DEvelopment Executive

Responsibilities
The selected candidate to fill the vacancy of a Curriculum Development Executive must be able to assist the Training Curriculum Manager in the following areas:
a) Develop, design, coordinate, monitor training system related matters.
b) Develop, design and update training materials (inclusive but not limited to the printed Course materials, presentation materials, and computer-based training programmes).
c) Implement procedures and policies that are related to the training system.
d) Coordinate and monitor all computer-based training related matters.
e) Plan and develop new innovations to enhance training methodology in the organisation.
f) Coordinate exhibitions, workshops, seminars and other training or safety related activities assigned.
g) Work with external consultants and training providers for the conduct of enhancement training to the staff of the organisation
Requirements
. Diploma in Information Technology, Human Resource, or Business Administration (or fresh
graduates in these fields are welcome)
. “A” Level applicants with relevant working experience can be considered
Skills Required:
. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Words, PowerPoint, and Excel) a must
. Desktop Publishing Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Knowledge preferred but not essential
