| Job Description |
(HR) Asst Manager 1. Assistant Manager, Learning and Development
Responsibilities
- Facilitate a full spectrum of HRD strategies and programs
- Champion the implementation of the People Developer Standard across the company
- Work in collaboration with business managers to identify, customise and drive appropriate learning and OD solutions that will meet the business needs
- Evaluate and continually seek improvements in learning effectiveness processes and programs
- Strategically manage the organisation’s training budget and learning plan by partnering with business managers to anticipate and respond to evolving business needs
- Facilitate/conduct softskills training or OD initiatives
- Develop and implement HRD policies and management reports
- Pro-actively resolve day-to-day HRD operational issues
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business or Social Sciences
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in the full spectrum of learning and development,
preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Independent, resourceful and confident with good problem-solving skills
- Motivated self-starter with initiative who is constantly seeking new and better ways to doing
things
- Effective people and communication skills to interact with all levels
2. Senior Executive/Asst Manager Corp Corp/HR
Duties
• Reporting to the Head, Business HR, you will be a proactive business partner in managing the full spectrum of HR activities. This includes recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, salary benchmarking, expatriate management and compensation and benefits
Requirements
• Degree, preferably in HRM or equivalent with 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing environment
• Must be self-driven, results-oriented, able to write well and possess excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Able to multi-task with minimal supervision
