| Job Description |
Customer Service Officer Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customers' instructions for loan and deposits
- Ability to understand customer peculiarities
- Liaise with other internal departments to facilitate smooth workflow and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure all customer instructions are handled promptly and accurately
- Promote teamwork and collaboration within the department
Requirements :
- Able to handle pressures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity and solve complex issues
- Commitment to service excellence
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Good understanding of control and compliance guidelines
- Strong Operational knowledge preferred
