Marketing Aide
The incumbent is required to prnvide customer coordination, administrative support, sales and marketing efforts fnr the sales department
To be responsible for the creation of Purchase Requisitions and Order Creation in SAP. Knowledge of Material Management Module in SAP would be an advantage
To assist Operations to manage stock control and product allocation
To support warehousing functions and activities
To assist the sale representatives on the analysis, research and resolution on sales matters
To liaise with customer service and warehouse personnel for all shipments to ASOs and to ensure timely shipment/delivery of
orders
To compile and prepare sales reports and statistics relating to sales matters
