Customer Service Manager CSMgr140807
Responsibilities:
Attend to customers’ enquiries and ensure customers’ feedback is followed up promptly and efficiently
Build and maintain good relationships with customer
Requirements:
Experience in Call Centre will be an advantage
At least Diploma with 3 year’s experience in a similar capacity
Customer Service oriented
Friendly, patient, good interpersonal and communication skills
Possess strong problem solving capability
Bilingual in Mandarin and English
Locals or SPRs only
Other information:
5.5 days work week
Upto $3k (depends on experience qualification)
Working location: Changi Cargo Complex
