MANAGER GAMING AND SETTLEMENTS
WeBecome is an IT consulting and professional services company. We are looking for a MANAGER GAMING OPERATIONS AND SETTLEMENTS to join on the fulltime payrolls of one of our clients in SINGAPORE. If Interested can apply to: krishna@webecome.com highlighting current and expected salaries.
MANAGER GAMING OPERATIONS AND SETTLEMENTS
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field.
Several Years of relevant experience, preferably in financial settlements and / or retail banking operations, of which at least 3 years are in a managerial / supervisory position.
Working knowledge of payment systems in Singapore ,e.g. NETS, GIRO
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liase with internal and external parties such as financial institutions and security couriers
Strong leadership skills with a keen eye for details.
Responsibilities:
You will manage the daily payment operations and lead a team of staff handling the settlement of accounts for all our outlets and electronic channels. This includes management of the cash position of all outlets, optimizing float management, diagnostic review and resolution of discrepancies as well as ensuring compliance with settlement procedures. You will develop settlement procedure and guidelines to support new products and services and design and implement initiatives to mitigate operational risk, improve controls and increase efficiency of operations. In addition, you will look after the career development and enhance the skill set of staff under your supervision.
