HR/ Admin Asst REf : HRAA210307
Responsibilities:
· Handle renewals on our insurance as well as for our large fleet of vehicles
· Administer and coordinate information pertaining to vehicle maintenance and others
· Assist in recruitment and orientation when necessary
· Maintain and update staffs attendance (Handpunch System)
· Assist in recruitment and documentations
· File and maintain personal employees files
· Carry out ad-hoc assignments/ projects
· Others duties as per assigned
Requirements:
· Min GCE ‘O’ and above
· Min 2 years of relevant work experience in HR Administration
· hardworking
· Proactive Team player who is meticulous and able to work independently
· Proficient in MS Office
Other information:
· Working location: Jurong
· 5 and 1/2day work week (alternate Sat.)
· Transport provided at Jurong East MRT and Boon Lay MRT
. Salary upto $1.8K
