Executive Search Consultant
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
You will be responsible for the successful closure of each assignments, using our unique search methodology. Working closely with the account manager, you will take charge of conducting detail research and define the sourcing grounds for contacting of potential candidates. Through the search process, you will conduct detail interviews with senior level professionals, evaluate their qualification and fit with our client's organization. You will also prepare informative presentation together with the final recommendation, and manage the expectation of both clients and candidates to ensure successful closure within agreed timeline.
REQUIREMENTS:
Suitable candidates will be degree holders with 5 - 8 years of work experience, preferably in the field as business analyst, sales, key account management, consulting, or marketing. As our candidates are well accomplished professionals, having in-depth experience working in an MNC or regional exposure is essential. You are a dynamic team player who possesses good interpersonal skill to interact well with people of diverse culture and senior level professionals. Self-motivated, highly responsible, and persistent with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
