Organisation Consultant
As a truly global organization, our client operates across 300 service locations worldwide in over 40 different countries. Our client provides high value solutions to large and medium-sized corporations across all industries, with a majority clientele from the Fortune 500 global companies. Working closely with the business development and consulting teams, you will scope and create appropriate solutions for clients. You will be actively involved in project delivery, from developing and designing assessment activities to conducting a range of leadership training programs and facilitating one-on?one coaching sessions. In order to succeed in this role you will have a tertiary level education in related disciplines and either have relevant consulting background or have a training and development career history. Above all you must be energetic; highly motivated and possess the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
