| Job Description |
Operations Manager
The responsibilities include managing a manufacturing operations team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of finished goods to customer. You are to lead a team of engineers in the process/product improvement effort as well as be familiar with program management on new product introductions. In addition, his is responsible for the overall business performance in term of technology, quality, responsiveness, delivery, and costing. Requirements: 1. 5 or more years of working experience in factory management, manufacturing, inventory and cost control and logistics preferably in an Electronics Manufacturing environment 2. Strong project management and communication skills both in written/verbal presentation and the ability to present technical information. 3. Proven ability to lead by managing and motivating team.
