Job Scope
ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATIONS
To oversee Workshop clerk in the updating of all clients information with regards to payroll, incentive, leave, medical records, management reporting etc
To supervise and assist clerk in the updating of monthly work hours for salary and other administrative records
To assist in the compilation of reports and billing for Workshop jobs
To help in maintaining the essential statistics for the Workshop such as costing figures, headcounts, and administrative costs for purposes of quotations, tracking and planning.
To help in the recruitment and training of relevant manpower for the various projects under by the Workshop
SALES AND MARKETING
To help to promote and market Workshop's services
To help work out the manpower and workflow processes for the new projects
To help in the operations of the DATA ENTRY centre.
CARD PROJECT MANAGEMENT
To oversee and work with Card Project on the Sales Management System in terms of project management involving data-base management of card customers, issuing of invoices and inventory of card stocks.
