Finance Manager

Responsibilities
· To oversee the Singapore finance function
· Responsible for AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Tax, Payroll
· Responsible for consolidation of financial accounts
· To provide functional and administrative management of all accounting control activities (eg debtors, creditors etc)
· Review forecast and monitor actual performance against it
· Responsible for annual statutory audit and preparation of annual accounts/reports for compliance with local government regulations
· Manage cash flow forecasting and control processes
· Assist in financial process review and re-engineering, system implementation and other ad hoc assignments
Requirements
· Degree in Accountancy with CPA accreditation
· Strong Accounting knowledge (B Acc or ACCA + US GAAP + IFRS)
· Excellent with ERP System (preferably JDE E1 or similar)
· Working experience in all aspects of GL Close process in US MNC environment
· 5 – 8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles which include handling of full sets of accounts, budgeting, consolidation, forecast, review and analysis of financial information and cash management etc
· Knowledge and experience with reporting requirement of the Companies Act and US GAAP
· Proficient in MS office applications and SAP/JDE/Oracle System
· Resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Good leadership skills to lead, supervise, manage and motivate a finance team
· Able to work under stress and tight deadlines
· Possess good interpersonal skills, good working attitude and have a strong sense of responsibility
