Dennis Wee Group was first set up in January 1993 with the formation of the pioneer company Dennis Wee Realty Pte Ltd in a humble office with just 10 sales associates. The founder and president Dr Dennis Wee is a prominent figure in the real estate agency business with more than 23 years experience and has sold millions of dollars worth of properties.
Today Dennis Wee Group has grown into one of the leading local real estate agencies in Singapore with over 4,000 sales associates. Located in a prestigious 23,000 square feet office in Toa Payoh Hub, the Group is set to expand further in the near future.
The secret of the phenomenal growth of the Group is mainly attributed to the highly innovative marketing ideas, effective marketing tools, commitment in providing excellent customer service and the strong belief in continuous training of their sales associates.
All new sales associates undergo in-house training whilst experienced sales associates are required to attend weekly continuous training workshops. This assures that all Dennis Wee Group’s sales associates are thoroughly equipped with the knowledge and necessary know-how to service clients in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, ultimately leading to better results.
The Group achieved a sales volume of $5.5 Billion in 2008 despite the economic downturn, with then only 2,500 agents.
